This work is inspired by a true story that reflects the suffering caused by human deception and how one can reach a state of blindness, both emotional and perceptual. It explores the sensation of drowning in red wine-like illusions, and the absence of clear vision, as if seeing through the wing of a mosquito everything distorted, unclear, and unreachable. Sometimes, people surrender to this confusion for many different reasons. But the question remains: Can someone truly awaken in less than 48 hours? In this art piece, the face of a woman is partially concealed by a large, vibrantly colored moth. The insect serves as both mask and blindness symbol . The red backdrop enhances the concept of red wine effect the surreal tone, while soft gradients of pink and white add emotional vulnerability.
