Purchased digital memberships (monthly or yearly subscriptions) are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal since the service starts immediately upon purchase.
Once the membership is purchased, it is activated and digital access is provided to the user. Therefore, by completing the purchase, the user acknowledges and accepts the waiver of the right of withdrawal.
The user may cancel their membership at any time.
Canceled memberships remain active until the end of the purchased period (monthly/yearly). No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
A cancellation request ensures that no further charges will be made in the next renewal period.
For digital memberships, partial refunds or refunds for unused periods are not possible.
The user has the right to close their account at any time, but this does not entitle them to a refund of the fees already paid.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled by the user.
By canceling before the renewal date, the user prevents being charged for the next subscription period.
